Project overview
Infrastructure that keeps care running
Lotus Multispeciality Hospital needed its core building services brought up to date across designated hospital areas. Thrive Enterprises delivered a coordinated MEP upgrade covering electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing and fire-fighting systems — executed while the hospital continued to treat patients.
The challenge
Upgrading electrical, air-conditioning and fire-fighting systems in an operating hospital means working around patients, staff and clinical schedules. Shutdowns had to be short and planned, and work areas kept clean and isolated from occupied spaces.
